An overview of the diverse career transition programs and their features offered by Advantage Tech includes:

    Specific programs focused on individual, tangible and practical issues, with effective and experienced-driven approaches;

    Joint seminars deal with subjects of common interest within a group setting, providing a forum for discussion, participation and interaction;

    Individual counselling tailored, as to type and intensity, to specific needs; and

    Counselling beyond if necessary, may continue after re-entering the workforce or upon the conclusion of programs.

But this isn´t all. Within the scope of the programs offered, we provide flexible options. For example, our in-house consultants are able to offer tax and financial planning assistance, or verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Since we view career decisions as part of the family process, we also offer career counselling for family members.
